I’d like to write a little bit about the customer experience I have received which has been fantastic. Often it isn’t about the problem but about how it is resolved. The clock I purchased for my father for Christmas had a faulty back. Simply Magnificent (Moynul) were very quick and frequent with communication and resolve. Moynul kept me up to date with next stages and then posted out a new back. Unfortunately there was then a snag with the delivery service (not Moynuls fault) but he kept track, kept me informed and provided another solution. I’m now in receipt of the new clock back which fits perfectly. I have to say had it not been for this wonderful customer service I might have been more disappointed but communication was key and I would absolutely recommend this company , their service and their products !! 100% effort!! It’s rare to get such good customer service these days which is why I have had to make sure anyone considering purchasing from Simply Magnificent is aware. They are Simply Magnificent!! Thank you ! CG
